"I was excited to start the Master of Business Administration with a concentration in nonprofit management program at Springfield College because of the accessible path it creates to master’s level education and its relationship with the YMCA. I aspire to become a C-suite employee in the Y organization, or to be in the position to create my own nonprofit organization. I have vast experience in programming, but always felt that I was missing the pieces to make myself a complete leader. 

The program is set up in a way that you can easily get an idea of how classmates think, work, and relate to each other, based on the nonprofit-YMCA connections that many pursuing this degree possess. The textbooks use plenty of real-world examples and analysis versus descriptions of processes and a lot of convoluted language that would make things difficult to digest.”  - Michael Roseborough
